Stable

Abby had a difficult childhood due to her family's constant moving. As a result, she never experienced stability. Unfortunately, her adult life has continued this way. "I try my best, but it never seems to be enough," she expressed. "As soon as I get my paycheck, it's gone. Rent, food, electricity, and school supplies for the kids; the expenses never end."

As a single mother, Abby desires to provide her children with the stability she never had. But what's constant for them is her love and willingness to ask for help when required. "There are days when I worry a lot," Abby said. "I don't know what I would do without the help of Dallas Christian Ministry. They have helped me and my family in so many ways over the years. I have never been turned down for any kind of assistance!"

Abby tries to give back to the ministry when she can. Although her life has not been stable, her ability to rely on this ministry from time to time over the years has been dependable. Your generosity to this ministry makes it possible for us to be here when life is uncertain for our neighbors who are working hard to make the best of what they have.
